Princess House dates back to mid 1800s was once 1 dwelling it is now a ground floor apartment ( Prynces Cottage) and a 2 bedroomed maisonette (3 Princess street).
The property is located in the charming backstreets of West Looe.
The ground floor apartment has its entrance in the lane comprises open plan Kitchen/ living room double bedroom spacious bathroom with shower. The Quay is 2 minutes away where there is numerous benches to watch the world go round.
The 2 bedroom maisonette has its own entrance through a communal courtyard where there is a small table and chairs for guests use,once up the stairs there is a generous size living / dining area well appointed kitchen with fridge freezer / washing machine and microwave. one double bedroom the 2nd bedroom has two full size single beds a large bathroom with electric shower over the bath.
